Hi: I'm just beginning to use web2py and I'm very excited about it. I downloaded version 1.66.0 on Monday of this week and it ran fine on my Windows XP machine. Today, I downloaded version 1.66.1 on the same Windows XP machine and when I double click on web2py.exe file, the "command prompt" window flashes open and close and the program doesn't start. I've gone back to version 1.66.0 and it runs as expected.
I'm not stuck, but I thought I'd alert you to this possible problem. I am running version 1.66.1 on my Ubuntu machine and it works fine.
