The problem is that pyOpenSSL is not installed and it obviously has to
be compiled to run on AIX PowerPC which I have been unable to find on
the net. I tried compiling it but no luck. So no admin for now.

The alternative would be to have browser running on the 400 and to
connect to localhost.
Maybe even a text-only browser as Lynx.
Again the problem is having a compiled-on-AIX-PowerPC version of that
too.

@Tim: did you try with 2.5.4.4?
