I'd guess these are available...you basically just need a host which supports Python. These people are a little more (USD 66/year) but have been recommended by the community here: http://www.webfaction.com/ Unfortunately the star-nix link on this page is dead & so should be removed: http://web2py.com/examples/default/support A quick Google shows these people support Python for USD 60/year: http://www.justhost.com/ There must be cheaper ones out there - the key is just to have Python support... > 2.
