Good morning, Can anyone tell me if the latest version of web2py was specifically developed for any specific python version or range of python versions?
After years of using an older version, and being limited to the version 3.6, we will be upgrading to the most recent version of web2py, and I will need to recommend a version of python to the different development groups. python 3.7 will be out of support soon, so I would ideally like to move to python 3.9 or 3.10. I did a test with 3.9 yesterday and all my applications worked fine, but I just wanted to be sure that the version was meant to be used with these higher versions.
