Welcome to the framework and group! What you describe is not so difficult to achieve, but if someone writes a simple app for you, you will not have really made any progress for yourself as a developer.
I suggest that you first familiarize yourself with the book www.web2py.com/book, check out the blog example, and take a look at the documentation website page: http://www.web2py.com/init/default/documentation The first questions we usually ask on here are: what have you already tried, and why didn't it work for you? If you need a more general tutorial to bring you up to that level, then you should start with the general resources above. When you get stuck, please return and we'll try our best to give you a hand.
