Buenas Noches recien descargue la version ultima de web2py, pero al descompactarla y ejecutar el ejecutable para windows web2py.exe, no se ejecuta y no me sale la ventanita del servidor, tengo windows 10 entreprise, sin embargo una version mas antigua de fecha del 2016 me abre perfecto, que pudiera ser,
