Hi Johann, you can copy the whole _documentation folder from github under the apps folder of web3py (C:\Users\nico\myapps in my case on Win10). Then, after running web3py, you can reach it on http://127.0.0.1:8000/_documentation , which is automatically redirected to http://127.0.0.1:8000/_documentation/static/index.html.
By the way: is there a way to manually complete the registration process of a new user without configuring email server's property inside web3py?
