I agree with the article. It is unclear to me that people agree about the meaning of pwa. Does it mean you can run the app locally as in web2py and access via the browser? (web2py and web3py can do this) or does it mean that the app is mostly client-side and you can run the client (in browser or cordova) without any interaction with a server? This is possible but it is up to the developer of the front-end. but is it useful?
