OK, so now I realise that the script setup-web2py-nginx-uwsgi-ubuntu.sh <https://github.com/web2py/web2py/blob/master/scripts/setup-web2py-nginx-uwsgi-ubuntu.sh> creates init scripts for both upstart and systemd (why? Is that to support multiple versions of Ubuntu?). It writes to the systemd script to /etc/systemd/system/emperor.uwsgi.service
