Why are you talking about python 3 if I use python 2.7.13? I thought that you are talking about python 3 becouse I installed it before and some sessions was created in admin and app, is it so? In that case I need to tell you I deleted python 3 in programms now and clear folders sessions in admin and app, but that error remained.
