I think the most important part is the 2) --> Styles/Templates/Forms howto. Web2Py is really intuitive comparing to Django and TurboGears (to me this is the 'niche', an smaller learning curve). The point where many people get stuck is in the Form desing.
I'm also studiying how to integrate JQuery/Mootools/Whatever into the Web2Py in a visual RAD fashion. There are already 3 tutorials in the book (the Wiki, etc.) they're nice, but they all stop at the point where programmers wants to personalize the app. I think the AJAX/js integration point must be priorized in the documentation.
