Hello, I'm having a similar issue. I'm using Python 3.6.6, mod_wsgi 4.6.5, Apache 2.4.6 with web2py 2.17.2.
I can get to the welcome screen, but as soon as I try to access the admin application I get the following on my screen: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
