You have 3 options:
- Simple option:
   make sure query to build the the table is generated after
form.accept
- Simpler option:
   redirect(URL(r=request,args=request.args)) after form.accept
- Complex but faster solution:
   use ajax to render the form. Will re1uire lots of changes in your
code.
