I am taking over a legacy project that uses web2py for an application for inputting simple forms. The developer claims that the first person who logs into the app with a fresh DB is the admin, however this is not the case. The first user is just a regular user. I need to be able to have an admin assign forms to certain users. I don't know if this is anything someone on here can help me with, but I thought I'd ask!
