That invites asking you for your recommendations on how to be responsive and light by default. (One approach, of course, is to limit the use of javascript and images that need to be rendered, but that is a serious restiction, too. Another thing that that AMP addresses [or claims to] is having the rendering of your page held up by waiting for 3rd party resources to load ... which usually, AIUI, involves advertising displays.
