Please review http://web2py.com/books/default/chapter/29/15/helping-web2py#Preparation--using-GitHub. It looks like you are attempting to push commits directly to the web2py book repo. Instead, you should create your own fork of the repo, create a new branch within your fork, push the changes back to your own fork, and then make a pull request from your fork to the web2py repo.
