Why do your hidden fields need ids?

Note, you can always create the hidden fields manually rather then using 
the "hidden" argument:

hidden = lambda f, v: INPUT(_name=f.name, _id=f.name, _type='text', _value=v
)
form = SQLFORM.factory(Field('hidden_field', widget=hidden))
