Instead of:

editargs={'labels':dict(amc_master={'lrrflg':'Rate Revision'},
                        amc_details={'qty':'Quantity'})}

Try:

formargs={'amc_master': dict(labels=[{'lrrflg': 'Rate Revision'}],
          'amc_details': dict(labels=[{'qty': 'Quantity'}])}
