The OP should note that if they have a local console, the ticket can be 
found at 
[web2py folder]/applications/[app_name]/errors.
(the ticket won't be pretty as raw html, but usually the end of the ticket 
is easy enough to look at, and [usually, again] contains enough to figure 
things out.

I find it useful to use "ls -rt | tail" when looking at this directory, but 
then I have "developed" a few tickets along the way.
