I am hosting my Web2py applications at Webfaction. I asked support the folIowing question:
am developing sort of a network application, to keep track of the communication with my customers I am looking for an application like WebFaction's ticketing system. They recommend installing osTicket, however, osTicket is a PHP application. Does anyone know whether there is a osTicket like application which I could intergrate into Web2py?
