is it possible to truncate tables with record versioning enabled?
*e.g.*
def truncate():
for table in db.tables:
if '_archive' in table:
db[table].truncate()

# define tables which don't have record versioning, when record versioning
enables it return an error traceback about reference to _archive table
#db.auth_user.truncate() # tried several times always return an error above

# work
db.scheduler_run.truncate()
db.scheduler_worker.truncate()
db.auth_event.truncate()
#db.scheduler_task.truncate() # this one is special case, it refers to
scheduler_run table

any idea how to face it using web2py way?

thanks and best regards,
stifan
