I have not tried riot.js and elm.js. I cannot stand the syntax of react.js. I like ractive.js and vue.js. The latter is faster, smaller, and has less gotchas. I have been using to build a some single apps with cordova for client and web2py+dal as server and it works pretty well. the cordova apps are pretty responsive and as far as I can tell compete with native apps.
