Did you download the "For Windows" version of web2py? It comes with its
own copy of python.
I suggest you download the 'src' version of web2py
(http://www.web2py.com/examples/static/web2py_src.zip). And then install
pillow (via pip). This should make pillow available within your web2py
application.
