Yes, something is work with internationalization. Check what T.accepted_language says and then edit the corresponding language file from the admin interface. There are three place where "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS" appears. In the format of the validator, the format of the datepicker and the error messages. Make sure they have compatible translations or delete their translations.
