SOLVED: Niphlod: I copied the web2py folder inside C:\inetpub\wwwroot
And then I created a new Web site, with main folder in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\web2py with https and port 443 and with a SSL certificate auto signed and vualá! my site is running.
