keep your inno.py in yourapp/modules/
the problem is in inno.py in this line:
form=SQLFORM(self.db.innoinfo,1,showid=False,col3={….
try to change it to
form=SQLFORM(self.db.innoinfo,*None*,showid=False,col3={
