I'm only just learning so this response may not be helpful?!
The way I understand, appadmin is just a GUI for the database tables you 
have, so I don't think that is the problem..

The auth tables can keep track of:

   - created_on
   - created_by
   - modified_on
   - modified_by
   
Add a line to the table definition:
auth.signature
