I like the pace of new releases of web2py, but it is a pain to download each one (the Windows distribution takes an hour on my connection if I am lucky). Given that each new release has normally changed only a few files, would it be realistic to provide a small 'upgrade' distribution from the previous version? Or at least to separate out the more static parts of the distribution, such as Tcl/ Tk, the python DLL and the standard applications. This needs to be balanced against the extra work it would entail at Massimo's end.
