Thanks for replying Anthony.  I think you were right that my module was bad.  I 
had all of my variables in the Class defined as class level variables and not 
instance variables.  Shame, shame on me.  I've updated now to be instance 
variables and will know tomorrow (once the users get back on the system) 
whether this was the correct fix.
