You can use any framework you like. The problem is that grid and forms may 
not have the right classes. Two solutions are:

- add the right classes via JS
- create a formstyle (look into sqlhtml.py for examples) that can serialize 
forms in the proper format. 

We definitively need better docs about how to do this.
