[web2py] Displaying request.vars

Hello.

I would like to build an URL using request.args.

Something like that:
<a href="http://www.mydomain.com/index?{{=request.vars}}";>
    Go
</a>


But the result is:

<a href="http://www.mydomain.com/index?&lt;Storage {'product_id': '8'}">
    Go
</a>

And it should be:
<a href="http://www.mydomain.com/index?product_id=8";>
    Go
</a>

Someone have a solution?
