This works:
form = SQLFORM(db.Role, connection_request_id, formstyle='table2cols')
what is syntax for adding confirm? Unsuccessfully tried many combinations,
e.g.,
form = SQLFORM.confirm('Are you sure?',{'Cancel and go back':URL(
'view_suggestions')}, db.Role, connection_request_id, formstyle='table2cols'
))
