and of course resuming a 2-month old thread is equally helpful....................thanks for the kind words but I still think it's a forum for webp2y users, who will always need to read docs OUTSIDE the world of web2py if they'd like to poke with CUSTOM js code coming from OUTSIDE... we can't help everyone developing their own app copy-pasting around and asking here, instead of asking to the "source" of the copy-paste job as in this case. I'm not a robot and I don't get payed, but don't pinpoint me as the "rude" just because, in my POV, we (the 10-or-so people that answer) still come a long way always replying with completely working solutions
