To me the ipython shell: python web2py.py -S your_app_here -M
is incredibly cool and useful, while it's a pain to use the admin shell, with very poor history and copy-paste. I guess this shell would very easy to embed in your favorite GUI, if you use one. I would place that one command line in very big letters in the manual, maybe even a tip in the admin interface shell (if you have ssh access, you can do better!). -- Resources: - http://web2py.com - http://web2py.com/book (Documentation) - http://github.com/web2py/web2py (Source code) - https://code.google.com/p/web2py/issues/list (Report Issues) --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "web2py-users" group.
