The decorator on the function is causing the error:
def log_usage(function):
if db(db.community).select():
def inner(*args, **kwargs):
db.im_usage.insert(function_name=function.func_name)
db.commit()
return function()
return inner
else:
return False
I don't know what is wrong in this decorator.
