Hi,

I just downloaded the latest source distribution and noticed, that it
contains a file 'sql_cache_sqlite.py' at the top level. It seems to
serve no purpose and it is also not present in the BZR repository, so
I suppose it slipped into the source package accidentally.

I do not think that the current method of building the source package
from some locally available files is good practice. Instead the
source package should be generated by pulling a clean export from the
versioning system.

Kind regards,
Markus
