Hello, I've been looking into the use of callbacks and components to make a more dynamic app. I revisited the reddit_clone app from web2py training videos and noticed that is uses the following:
jQuery.ajax({method:'post',url:'{{=URL("comm_vote_callback")}}', Trying to understand the rule when I would use the above technique over using $.web2py.component. Is it correct that either could have been used for the reddit_clone scenario ?
