I've put on web2py slices a new version of the ck_editor plugin. It's updated to the lastest ck_editor; the plugin includes the standard distribution but it's easy to add the full distribution. The plugin installs from the admin app (i.e. it's visible on the web2py repository). It includes file upload and server management of uploaded files, but I've removed in the inline edit functionality since the upstream javascript file has disappeared (and I wasn't motivated to fix it or maintain it). The plugin is in github.
