There is different guidance in the book for Apache static file
configuration in the Linux and Windows section.
The Linux section is identical to the guidance on the mod_wsgi site:
Use Alias and Directory like so:

AliasMatch ^/([^/]+)/static/(.*) /users/www-data/web2py/applications/$1/
static/$2

<Directory /users/www-data/web2py/applications/*/static/>
    Order Allow,Deny Allow from all
</Directory>

The Windows config advice relies on LocationMatch with no Alias & Directory
combination:

 <LocationMatch "^(/[\w_]*/static/.*)">
    Order Allow,Deny
    Allow from all
  </LocationMatch>

Should the Windows advice be re-written?
