It is hard to help. You posted lots of code. Your traceback mentions model (or field) use_company but you did not post this model.
ValueError: invalid literal for long() with base 10: 'user_company' Can you post a minimal action to reproduce the problem? Can you reproduce the problem if you remove everything in databases/ I suspect you have corrupted data in the database.
