# add group auth.add_group('Manager', 'Manager') auth.add_group('Admin', 'Admin') # add user db.auth_user.bulk_insert([{'first_name' : 'Manager', 'last_name' : 'Manager', 'email' : 'a...@a.com', 'username' : 'manager', 'password' : db.auth_user.password.validate('passmeplease')[0]}, {'first_name' : 'Admin', 'last_name' : 'Admin', 'email' : 'b...@b.com', 'username' : 'admin', 'password' : db.auth_user.password.validate('passmeplease')[0]}]) # add permission auth.add_permission(1, 'read', db.whatever) auth.add_permission(1, 'create', db.whatever) auth.add_permission(1, 'select', db.whatever) ref: http://web2py.com/books/default/chapter/29/09/access-control best regards, stifan -- Resources: - http://web2py.com - http://web2py.com/book (Documentation) - http://github.com/web2py/web2py (Source code) - https://code.google.com/p/web2py/issues/list (Report Issues) --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "web2py-users" group.
