This doesn't seem to work:
db.define_table('t_categories',
    Field('f_category_name', type='string', notnull=True,
          label=T('Category Name')),
    auth.signature,
    format='%(f_category_name)s',
    migrate=settings.migrate)
db.define_table('t_categories_archive',db.t_categories,Field('current_record','reference
 
t_categories',readable=False,writable=False))
db.t_categories.f_category_name.requires=(IS_LOWER(), 
IS_NOT_IN_DB(db,'t_categories.f_category_name'))

Still one and One are different.
