tried this as well:

form=SQLFORM.factory(Field('tile',db.product),widget=SQLFORM.widgets.autocomplete(request,db.product.tilename,id_field=db.product.id))
    if form.process().accepted:
        
        response.flash = 'form accepted'
        session.product = form.vars.product

None produce an error.
