Don't worry about your server - web2py is fast and stable! ;-)
I know that RSS and Twitter won't be compared but I prefer RSS because
it is a standard: we won't depend of a company to get news (we will
depend only in web2py project). If, in future, your server can't host
this, we could put into other. What web hosting company that supports
web2py will like to host web2py official website (or official RSS
site)? ALL!
