You should be able to get it from lp:~yarkot1/web2py/dev-docs;

I'm not sure what Tortoise wants, but lp:  often does authenticated ssh - if
so, just use this url:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~yarkot1/web2py/dev-docs

Shall I include a tar of the generated html now too? (eventually I will)
