I will change the name of the setting but this needs a little more
design in light of the fact that we want to integrate this with LDAP
(done by Fran but still in my list of things to process), CAS, Google
OpenID.

I hope to have a simple to use and extensive system by next week.
Speak now if you have requirements or opinions about this.
