If it's a live site or a demo of an open source project, then you can post 
it on the poweredby site yourself (click the "Site Create" link at the 
top). If it's just code but you don't have a site running it, then it 
doesn't belong on poweredby. To post in appliances, the request goes to 
Massimo. Not sure how he prefers to handle that (the public repo is here: 
https://github.com/mdipierro/web2py-appliances).
