I was just saying that using trunk of sphinx was the result; if sphinx had
a bug, Georg seemed to fix it pretty much "immediately" (much like Massimo),
or tell what we needed to do in the book. Additionally, that way Georg
exposed what was coming and what to stay away from.

So I got in the habit of making my sphinx from trunk, and installed with
"python setup.py develop" --- so that the installation pointed to the pulled
trunk repository (which I keep up-to-date).
