I need to draw some markers interactively onto a background image on a
web site.
No sophistication - just a few dots of configurable pixel size, and
lines (via mouse dragging).
The web site must store the location of the drawings, and be able to
display it again on top of the background image when the page is
accessed for viewing

I offer $200 (via PayPal) if somebody produces such functionality
using only web2py and GPL compatible javascript libraries and allows
me to use it under an open source license (eg GPL)
