Leonel's right, if you want to compare frameworks java with python frameworks oh yes you can talk in web2py x primefaces, for example. Yet the architecture adopts java and python patterns can even use some standards of design patterns, but some patterns java, as these are own when developing JEE, EJB has own standards.
